Here again, a few exercises
     withChord Symbols, and
     Keyboard Harmony.
          All exercises are still in theDiatonic Major Mode.
          The same choices as before for placingMOTRIXs.




Chord Symbols

Find the Chord Symbols for the following Chord Patterns in the given key,
     there may be more than 2 Chord Symbols for each Chord Pattern Number
          (when there is a Tenant Chord atLevel -1, on Chord Symbol 3a*).
     1.34-74in F, 8 Chord Symbols
     2.54-74in G, 8 Chord Symbols
     3.7*4in F, 4 Chord Symbols
     4.34 7*4in Bb, 8 Chord Symbols
     5.7*4-t, withLevel -1flattening Tenant Chord on the DOMINANT, in G, 5 Chord Symbols*
     6.5*4+twithLevel -1sharpening Tenant Chord on the DOMINANT, in D, 5 Chord Symbols*
* The 5 Chord Symbols are numbered "1, 2, 3a, 3b, 4",
     Chord 3a being the Ternant Chord atLevel -1,
     Chord 3b being the cadential DOMINANT of Chord Pattern4, and
          Chords 3a and 3b being half the length of the others.

Keyboard Harmony

As in the Opening and Tenant sections, for each of the preceding 6 Chord Symbol exercises,
     1. play each Chord Symbol twice (asHalf notes),
          except 3a and 3b, which are played only once each, then, keeping the same tempo,
     2. play each Chord Symbol 4 times (asQuarter notes),
          except 3a and 3b, which are played only twice each, then, always in the same tempo,
     3. play only left hand, right hand, left hand, right hand (on eachQuarter note).
          For ternary subdivisions, like waltzes, play the right hand twice each time.
     NOTE - All of these Chord Symbol Exercises have 3 consecutive flattening progressions.
          Remember to take the necessary precautions not to end too low.
