Mixing Metamorphoses 0 and 1
To all of the chord sequences must be added Voice-leading to achieve a tangible musical result.
Various forms of Incompleteness (substitutions) could, arbitrarily, be added
to change the sound (what we call the "sonorities") of the finished product.

1.On the Metamorphoses sequence 01, in D -
     chord sequence, G6, D6, A7, D7, which repeats indefinitely,
     opening disposition,FB(G),2(B),3(E),1(G),0(D)
          apply Voice-leading C throughout,
               resolve2-1, possibly2-10, and
then "pass"3on the same chord, in the same voice, with shorter note-values.
                1, or10, acts as a partial substitution for3
(G-E in the Alto voice on the first chord).
We have here a "wide" swing from the COUNTER to the DOMINANT,
with Metamorphosis 1 on the TONIC in the center.

2.On the Metamorphoses sequence 1100, in Bb -
     chord sequence, Bb+7 / Eb+7, Am-6-5 / Eb+7, Am7-5 / Dm7, Gm-6 / Dm7,
                              Gm7 / Cm7, F6 / Cm7, F7 / Bb+7, Eb6 / Bb
     opening disposition,01(F),2(D),3(A),10(Bb),
apply Voice-leading C if the next chord has a Metamorphosis 1, and
apply Voice-leading A if the next chord has a Metamorphosis 0.
No substitutions in this exercise, only complete tetrads throughout.
We have here a "'stuttering" circle,
with interruptions of a tiny swing, after every 2 chords of the circle.
The circle resolves with Voice-leading C and the swings with Voice-leading A.
