You choose a song within a category in theAnalysis menu.
We have not yet had the time to prepare all the songs listed, but intend
doing so eventually,
depending on the interest manifested.
The text of the song is presented by clicking on its name in the list (or elsewhere).
If you have chosen to participate as an observer,
You simple click of the link to the Revised Page, explained below, placed after
the music score.
If you have chosen to participate as a judge,
you are asked to send us the technical and artistic scores allotted to the song.
We would also appreciate comments explaining and justifying the scores allotted.
Don't take these scores too seriously, they are just to get the ball
rolling.
Just go by the gut feeling of what you feel the song is worth,
as any judge would do in a composition competition.
On sending your scores, you will receive by email reply a link to the Revised
Page which contains,
1. (a) the up-to-date average score (technical and artistic) of the participant-judges,
(b) followed by their comments ;
2. (a) the analysis and comments of our staff-judges,
(b) followed by their average score (technical and artistic).
Don't kill yourself trying to understand all the technical details
of the analysis.
The important thing is to compare the sound of the revised version
with that of the original
and see if you find the changes to be advantageous.
We would greatly appreciate your comments and questions after having read the Revised
Page,
especially your evaluation of the Analysis process,
we want toknowwhat you think about it.
You may choose any available song at any time.
