Minor To Minor

There is only 1 possibility here, from A Minor to D Minor.

It was current practice, in the first half of the XVIIIth century,
to modulate from the Key of A Minor [I] to the Key of E Minor [V],
a practice which soon disappeared,
because the chord [V] is really E major, not E minor,
and modulating to the Key of D Minor [IV] is far preferable.

The D Minor Circle has also maintained its original harmonic binary form,
with the major cadence (C7 - F+7, chords 3 and 4) also attenuated.
In order to reach the Key signature of 1 flat, chords 1 and 2 are Dominantized (D7 and G7).

Strength Of Modulations
With the possible exception of A Minor to its DOMINANT E Major,
these Exterior Modulations are sufficiently strong to project
                             a sensation of Antecedent-Consequent,
in which the second circle always dominates the first,
even when the same two circles are inverted,
as in C Major to A Minor and A Minor to C Major.
