A Teeny Weeny Bit

Double Songs

Work
The new song A Teeny Weeny Bit acts as a counter-melody to the children's song Polly Put The Kettle On.

Lyrics

Performance
Always start by establishing the Footsies at Level 0.
In this case, 0+4 for Polly Put The Kettle On which will start on L(eft foot),
A Teeny Weeny Bitis at a larger level
and will start just before R, remember to wait.
Beat R, L, R before you start singing.
Sing Polly Put The Kettle On followed by A Teeny Weeny Bit and make a loop of the 2 songs,
                   leaving no "space" between them.
The children, in unison, will gradually join you.
Then you divide the participants in 2 equal groups,
start the first group singing Polly Put The Kettle On, and after they sing the last note,
start the second group singing Polly Put The Kettle On, on L,
the first group will continue with A Teeny Weeny Bit, starting just before the following R.
This produces the polyphony of the 2 simultaneous songs,
and the loops in both groups allow you to keep it going as long as required.
